Clowns and Dictators
The relationship about the two is simple. Jester the man on the throne and you'll be regarded as a valuable asset to the mass. We look up to the clowns, expecting perfection and it usually isn't the case. But then we discovered the horrible truth, they weren't exactly doing their job well to please, and now, it has drawn the wrath of the spectators.
Since 2011, the transport sector of Singapore has been rather traumatised by one particular company, SMRT. Before I start tormenting and lambasting the events that unfolded and the actions being taken, let me ask. What was the dictator of the largest transport firm in Singapore doing when the clowns cocked up the system?
SMRT has a reputation for having the most expensive taxis locally. Why spend the money on Chevrolet Epicas when you could have Volkswagens. Why spend money on Chryslers when you could have BMWs. Someone wasn't thinking at moment along with the lady on the throne. I could only assume that she was in a hotel with an SBS spy. We have already complained for their service which lacked quality and what have they done? They requested for price increase, fine. And they made everythign worse.

Does the Board of Directors have any other uses besides collecting more people's cash into their pockets after they invested their money which I presume they had won from lottery? Could anyone explain. I would have thought they done their job in firms like Microsoft, Toyota but in SMRT, this just doesn't make sense.
